Installation Process

Our Installation Process

Our flooring projects follow a detailed, results-driven process:

We begin by grinding the existing concrete surface to remove any imperfections, dirt, paint, or old coatings. This creates a smooth, porous surface that allows for strong epoxy bonding.

Uneven surfaces can lead to poor results. We use self-leveling compounds and expert techniques to correct dips and high spots, ensuring a level and stable base.

Cracks and joints are patched using industrial-grade repair materials. This step is crucial to prevent future damage and to give the final floor a clean, uniform appearance.

We apply a moisture barrier coating to prevent any water vapor from rising through the concrete slab, which could compromise the integrity of the epoxy over time.

Next, we apply a specialized primer that helps the epoxy adhere better to the surface. It also evens out minor imperfections and enhances overall bonding.
